These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pak92 with respect to your use of the Platform. pak92 does not permit the use of its Platform by any person under the age of 21 years. This restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on pak92. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same person — whether under the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. pak92 is not liable for consequences arising from outdated or inaccurate Account information provided by you.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
Any activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you, shall be deemed to have been conducted by you. pak92 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
Before processing any withdrawal, pak92 requires completion of our KYC verification process. You will be required to submit a clear photograph of your Pakistani CNIC (both sides) and a selfie photograph matching your CNIC. Additional documentation — including proof of address or source of funds — may be requested at pak92's discretion. KYC documents are processed within 2 hours during standard operating hours.
pak92 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, Raast, USDT TRC20, and Cash OTC arrangements. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your Account instantly upon successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 5–30 minutes depending on the sending institution.
pak92 does not charge a deposit fee. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are the Player's sole responsibility. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to the source.
Withdrawals may only be requested by Players whose Accounts have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received and in accordance with your VIP tier's processing priority. Standard accounts receive processing within 24 hours; Silver VIP and above receive priority processing within 4 hours or faster depending on tier.
Withdrawals will be processed only to a payment account registered in the same name as your pak92 Account. pak92 reserves the right to return any withdrawal to the original deposit source if withdrawal account ownership cannot be verified. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 200. pak92 does not apply withdrawal fees on standard processing; expedited processing at the request of the Player may incur a fee communicated at the time of request.
All transactions on pak92 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to your Balance. What you deposit in PKR is the PKR amount credited to your Account, and what you withdraw in PKR is the PKR amount remitted to your nominated payment account.
pak92 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account and to delay, withhold, or refuse any withdrawal where we reasonably suspect money laundering, fraud, or violation of applicable law. Any such suspicion may be reported to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the Player.
pak92 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps — which are published alongside the offer and form part of these Terms by reference.
Bonus Funds are not immediately withdrawable. They must be wagered a specified number of times — the Wagering Requirement — before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated on each individual promotion. Unless otherwise specified, different game types contribute differently to wagering requirement completion: live casino games may contribute at a lower percentage than slots.
pak92 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. Activities constituting bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim a promotion more than once; placing wagers that artificially reduce variance to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk; participating in matched betting or arbitrage strategies using bonus funds; and coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional structures. Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, Account suspension, and potential permanent closure.
pak92's VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Elite VIP. Tier advancement is calculated based on monthly wagering volume. pak92 reserves the right to modify the VIP tier structure, tier benefits, and qualification criteria at any time. VIP status does not constitute a contractual entitlement and may be revoked if an Account is found to be in breach of these Terms.
All casino games offered on pak92 — including live dealer tables, slots, and speciality games — operate according to the rules published within each game's information panel. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are verified by independent testing laboratories and are published for each slot title. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical processes (real cards, real wheels) conducted by licensed studio operators.
Sports wagers are settled according to the outcome of the event as determined by the relevant governing body or, in the absence of an official result, at pak92's sole discretion based on available verified data sources. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or display error that results in an incorrect odds quotation, incorrect game outcome display, or erroneous credit to a Player's Account, pak92 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and correct the Account balance accordingly. pak92 is not liable for losses suffered by Players arising from reliance on erroneous information displayed due to a technical fault.

pak92 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or economic loss, even if pak92 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
pak92's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms and your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you and held as available Balance at the time the claim arises.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pak92's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You may request closure of your pak92 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your Account, you must withdraw any available Balance. Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon Account closure. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations arising prior to the date of closure.
pak92 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to withhold any Balance pending investigation, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Where termination is initiated by pak92 for reasons other than player breach or fraud, any verified available Balance will be returned to the Player via their last registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.
In the event of a dispute arising from your use of pak92, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] with a detailed description of your complaint. pak92 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 5 business days. If your complaint cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated through the dispute resolution mechanisms provided under pak92's gaming licence.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pak92 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal dispute resolution mechanism shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
In all matters relating to the interpretation of game rules, settlement of bets, and the application of these Terms to specific circumstances, pak92's decision shall be final and binding, subject to the dispute escalation rights described above.

Where amendments are material, pak92 will provide notice to registered Players via email to the address registered on their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect.
Your continued use of pak92 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account in accordance with Section 13.1 before the effective date of the amendment.
